Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Unless otherwise noted in a product's description, all orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days, Monday - Friday 8am – 4:pm (MST)

We may use one of the following carriers to deliver your order:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
 
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some carriers provide step-by-step tracking, while other carriers such as USPS only provide pickup and delivery information.
 
Shipping Rates
Depending on the carrier, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a flat rate or the weight of your products, and your location. Unless you prefer otherwise, Epiphany Tree Jewelry will use the least expensive option based on your purchase and location. Within the U.S., we will ship via USPS Priority Mail or DHL. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
 
Back Orders
 If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

RETURN POLICY
It’s jewelry! You know if you love it the moment you see it. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. You can either return your order for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange it for something else. Custom orders, Final Call, Limited Finds, clearance, gift certificates, and final sales are excluded.

Here at Epiphany Tree Jewelry, we take pride in our products and services. Our goal is to provide you with a quality experience at all times. We take care to ensure that all products are inspected for quality, is undamaged and properly packaged for shipping. However, we recognize that sometimes things can go wrong. Please review our REFUND and EXCHANGE guidelines below and notify us at service@epiphanytreejewelry.com:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with plastics unopened and tags intact. Contact us about other options if more than 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase.

Please contact Customer Service at service@epiphanytreejewelry.com for specific instructions on returning item(s).  Adjustments will be determined once the returned items are received and inspected. If applicable, a refund will be immediately issued in the form of the original purchase. You will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Please note that Epiphany Tree Jewelry will process your return immediately upon approval; however, the length of time the refund will take to post to your account is solely dependent on your card issuer's/bank’s policies.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We sincerely apologize if your items are damaged or not what you ordered as listed on your invoice. Please contact us at service.epiphanytreejewelry.com to arrange for refund, credit or replacement. Re-stocking fee may apply.

Incorrect Item(s): Please notify us immediately, within three (3) days of receipt, if we’ve shipped you the wrong item(s). We would appreciate the opportunity to correct this error. We will ship in stock items with 24 hours and provide you with return instructions. Returned item(s) must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Plastics must be unopened and tags must be intact.

Damaged Item(s): NOTE:  All pieces are closely inspected for quality, and carefully packaged for safe and secure shipment to your door. Please do not accept packages from the courier that arrives with visible and excessive damages.

Notify us immediately if your item(s) arrive damaged. Do not open the package if the courier box is severely damaged.

Item(s) must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Plastics must be unopened and tags must be intact.

EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders, Final Call, Limited Finds, clearance, gift certificates, and final sales). Item(s) must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Plastics must be unopened and tags must be intact. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you at the address you provide.

Non-Returnable
Several product categories are exempt from being returned. These include:  custom orders, Final Call, Limited Finds, clearance, gift certificates, and final sales as indicated in the product description.

Any item that is more than 30 days after delivery, not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Epiphany Tree Jewelry or Courier error are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs
Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. However, in some cases, Epiphany Tree Jewelry may absorb the cost to return and reship item(s). Specific details will be included in the return instructions you receive. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
